This is a clamp-down jig for 70x100mm pcb blanks, allows quick-swapping and easier double-sided work with 2 integrated 1.5mm diameter locating holes. To use, load one pcb blank into the jig, this will act as a sacrificial layer that you can swap out when necessary. Then, load the blank you actually want to engrave on top of that, and secure the two latches. If you need more grip on the clamp down, try adding electrical tape! Also included is a version with the hinges printed separately and glued in, this allows the rings to be printed vertically in your printer, making them much more robust. A shim is included to account for the tolerances in your printer. Make sure to print 4 large pegs, 2 small pegs, and 6 nuts of your chosen tolerance. Usable area is about 62x100mm Print Settings Printer Brand: Prusa Printer: I3 MK3S Rafts: No Supports: Yes Resolution: 0.2 Infill: 25% Filament: Hatchbox PLA Rose Gold Category: Electronics
