Use this to mount AM4/AM5 cooler on your motherboard, if original bracket is missing. Version with 3mm extra beef has hook as large as it can typically fit. Can be a little challenging to install but offers maximum strength. +2mm version could probably work best in 90% of cases and easier to install. Versions with low_pressure are ~1mm higher to slightly reduce spring tension. Reduction of pressure reduces stress on the plastic. Reduced pressure is enough for average to smallish coolers. You really need full rated pressure only for largest coolers. Still, I would not recommend to install largest coolers on printed bracket even with maximum beef. Long term survival is a challenge due to long-term creep of plastic, especially at elevated temperatures. Do not print in PLA, it will fail due to temperature shortly. PETG can only survive if your PC does not run too hot and have decent cooling near CPU. Recommended to print in ABS, ASA or PC, even better if carbon/glass fiber filled. Print close to maximum temperature for enhanced layer adhesion. No or 20% cooling. Set minimum layer time to ~6 seconds to help with few last layers. It is easier to print 2 brackets at the same time as it helps with cooling. Last tip to enhance survival is you must use steel washers to reduce stress in plastic. Typically screws are imperial #6-32, but in rare cases can be M3.5 (depending on back-plate manufacturer). If you don't have #6-32/M3.5 washer - feel free to use M4. I will report if it survives 1 year, so far so good. Update: It survived 1.5 years - until I found original bracket. So CF+PETG is quite reliable if kept not too hot. Still, ASA/ABS is recommended. Print hot for max layer adhesion.
