I originally made this for the horizontal door on a Makerbot Rep2x but retooled it for the ARC Enclosure. This hinge can only be removed when the glass is at 90 degrees to the case. On the printer side, it uses the standard 6mm M3 screws. On the glass side, either the brass fittings or a 6mm m3 nut can be used. One design includes a hole for a 25-30mm m3 screw for additional strength. I recommend printing vertically to get a nice smooth rotation.
