I think I'm obsessed with optimizing my prints. This stackable tray was created and optimize to print as fast as possible using the minimum amount of filament, 35g for the 15mm deep and 45g for the 25mm deep tray. The slits in the middle are there to lower retractions, they help to make one continues inner wall to help with printing quality. There is a 3mf file with all the settings build in. Printing settings: 2 Bottom layers0 Top layers0% InfillPerimeters - start with 3, at 5.5mm lower down to 1Layer height - 0.44 (with 0.6 nozzle)See pic for seam positioning PLA If you have more ideas on how to reduce printing time/ filament use please let me know.
