Honeycomb wall storage floating shelf adapter to be used with: https://www.printables.com/model/152592-honeycomb-storage-wall Print Settings: Layer height: .2 Perimeter: 4 Infill: 25% I used gyroid Supports: I drew on supports for the shelf screws (shown in GCODE) Mounting: ***Each adapter must be securely fastened into a stud, anchor, concrete, wood, etc*** **There are 3 sizes of adapter. It is recommended to use larger adapter near the base. With the honeycomb wall fastened to the wall install “Insert empty” of the original design into desired mounting points.Place the floating shelf adapter in the empty insert and mark the location of the hole.Remove the adapter and drill the necessary sized hole.Install anchor if necessary and install floating shelf adapter by screwing into the wall.Place the shelf on the adapter to check fitment, level, and mark holes.Drill pilot holes if necessary.Install all shelf screws.I made a corner shelf to fit above my MK3 to hold 6 filament spools with guides to aid in quicker filament changes. More pictures to come as finishing touches are done. ***ADDED*** Filament guide design to screw into the shelf for smooth movement from shelf mounted spools.
