Uses 6mm airsoft spheres as ball bearings. To make a right angle axis unit, make 2 gear as is. If you want to make a flat version, use the mirror feature in the slicer for one of the gears. I recommend print each gear individually, to reduce the "ooze hitch-hikers." I also recommend using the brimmed OS housing. There is more clearance in the bearing raceway. The holes are for short pieces of filament. There will be some gluing together involved with this assembly. Attribution is not required, but the nod in my direction is still appreciated. Regarding the Dressing Tool. Wrap a couple of pieces of sand paper or emery cloth around the ring, then fish them through the slots in the conic section. Placing a housing in the dressing cup, you can use the assembly to clean up and smooth surface imperfections in the raceway.
