This remix of Zack Freedman’s Gear Tile & Card was made primarily for aesthetic reasons. The major changes were to remove the built-in sacrificial supports as most printers should be able to bridge this distance without the need for supports & to clean up some alignment issues. Print Settings This tile & card should be properly oriented & are designed to be printed without supports. For best results, print using a 0.2mm layer height. I used 40% infill, but you can experiment with other infill densities if you’d like. To print the tile & card with 2 filament colors as I have, using a 0.2mm layer height, these are the filament swaps needed: Gear Tile Layer 1-20: bronze Layer 21-25: black Layer 26-75: bronze Gear Tile Card Layer 1-10: black Layer 11-25: bronze Value4Value This remix is being released under the Value4Value model.
