We needed our plinth to be higher than the standard 8 cm Ikea plinth. So we got a wooden plinth from another supplier. Only problem was that the clips that came with the Ikea plastic legs were sticking out 3-4 mm to far, so the plinth would not be supported by the leg base or the -ring. So I was delighted to find this excellent design by mikeser, unfortunately it didn't fit our purpose, so I modified it in Tinkercad so that the distance from leg to plinth would be 9 mm Use the groove to mount the plinth to the clip with 2 screws loosely so you can adjust sideways.
