EDIT: May 2025 These labels have worked pretty well for me but I'm kinda hamfisted and I've managed to break a couple of them so I decided to make a stronger, more rigid version. There's not much left of the original design at this point. It's with the files as “Packout Label - Rugged”. There's the f3d file for easy editing, a 3mf with text and another 3mf that's completely flat for you to edit in your app of choice. I used supports on the ends. A little dab of hot glue in either end, flex it into place, and press it in flat. Test it before you glue it. -- This is a remix of maxelman's excellent label for the smaller 5-bin organizer (48-22-8435). It is about 17mm longer to accommodate the slightly wider handle on the 11-bin organizer (48-22-8430). Additionally, I changed the way the text is printed so that it is debossed into the handle rather than embossed above the surface. This necessitates two filament changes but I believe the letters are less likely to snag and it looks better. My suggestion is to print the label face down. Two layers (0.40mm) of your main color, two layers of your secondary color, and then finish with your main color. I used black and white and I think it looks really nice. As maxelman suggests, gently flex the label when you put it on the handle or you'll snap the round part (see his photo, included here). I highly suggest a bit of hot glue when you attach these to the handle - it holds them very nicely and could be easily removed. I built this in Autodesk Fusion so that will probably be the easiest way to edit the text to suit your needs. Just find the sketch on the timeline that corresponds to the text, edit, click the text itself, and modify. Alternatively, download the blank and then use the editor of your choice to add text. I used the Eurostile typeface because it's clean, modern, and sans serif which will generally look cleaner in a 3D print. If you like it, you might need to download and install it on your machine. I also included a blank label if that's an easier starting place for you or if you just want to add a sticker label. I printed this on my Prusa Mini+ with PETG because these cases will be subjected to high temperatures in my truck. 0.2mm layer height, 0.4mm nozzle, 2 perimeters, 15% infill. NOTE: Not all 11-bin Packout organizers are completely identical. There is a variance of a 2-3mm on the handle where this goes. Some of mine fit perfectly snug, others were a little loose. Either way, the hot glue makes up the difference easily. This is one of my first uploads. If you need a different format, let me know. I'm still learning.
