Note: Picture shows one size, but all 3 sizes from the original post have been adapted for countersunk holes and are included in the 3MF/STEP files. I love the strong and clever design of these hinges that @ESoderberg came up with, however I wanted to use these great hinges with wood screws. Accordingly , I desired holes that worked well with countersunk screws instead of cap/button head screw styles. Such screws are common in self tapping woodworking screws, and they don't work as nicely with just flat screw holes. Additionally this modification helps distribute the clamping force more evenly so that you're less likely to split the part by over torquing the screw somehow. Hope this is useful for some people. Medium size shown in Overture PLA Pro @0.16 layer height. Note that you might need a brim or glue to make sure these stay put for the whole print and don't pop off the bed too early :). 3MF and STEP included of my modifications.
