I have .3mf files with my settings I've used over at Makerworld. To split the model into each individual object: (In slicer) Right-click model → split → to object Designed for a full size ATX PSU and a dual PCIe bracket GPU GPU size restrictions in pictures Both enclosure halves snap-fit together PRINT SETTINGS I'VE USED:Nozzle: 0.4mm Layer Height: 0.2mm (Feel free to experiment and change what you like) Any setting not listed below are assumed to be default Enclosure Material ABS I'd recommend a filament with higher heat resistance. I used ABS just because I had some lying around but PETG among others should be fine Walls 3 Brim Type Outer Brim Only I used a brim because of the ABS Enclosure Handle Material ABS I used ABS Walls 20 The handle NEEDS to be strong. This essentially prints it at 100% infill concentrically PCIe Bracket Lock Material PETG can be whatever Dust Filters Material PETG can be whatever Top Shell Layers 0 required for infill pattern to be visible Bottom Shell Layers 0 required for infill pattern to be visible Sparse Infill Density 50% change to your desired infill pattern Sparse Infill Pattern Triangles change to your desired infill pattern Current Version: v1.1 v1 v1.1 -Expanded oculink port to accommodate bigger oculink cables -Longer lugs on PCIe lock **I'm not certain if other Minisforum DEG1 eGPU docks are the same dimensions as mine.
