Cutting Jig to make PTFE pieces for the PTFE Holder and Pulley Body. Original design for the PTFE and Pulley Body may be too small for the included PTFE tubing. If during assembly the 19mm PTFE tubes are damaged, this jig allows additional tubing to be cut to length. For use in the MMU3 one side of each tube needs to be chamfered. This can be done with with a 45 degree center drill (available at Harbor Fright for a few dollars). This jig has a port on the back to push the tubing out after is is cut flush to the surface. 5x tubes are needed. Print this tube with the asymmetrical portion upright. Takes only 20 minutes or with a 0.6mm nozzle. WARNING: You may need to increase the scale percent to 101-103% if using PETG or other material which shrinks. The PTFE tubes in the kit ranged from 18.6mm to 19.3mm so a few percent different should be acceptable.
