No glue — small locating pins (marked in green on the renders) are pressed together and filament-welded during assembly, holding the case together without any adhesive. Assembly & Printing:All three rings are interlocked with each other, so they must be printed together as one piece, with supports, to correctly capture the internal teeth and overhangs. Despite the interlocking geometry, the print is straightforward and beginner-friendly. The case consists of two halves that align via built-in locating pins. Instead of gluing, press the pins together — the filament welds them in place, holding everything securely without adhesive. No color swaps required for function, but the design is great for multi-color printing (e.g. printing the red and black rings separately) to maximize contrast against the gear teeth and engravings.
