A simple door hinge for 4040 aluminum extrusion and 1/8" or 3mm-thick door panels. Recommend ¼" or 5 mm bolts for the door, and 5/16" bolts on the side for the 4040 extrusion (8 mm T-slot nuts). Supports are required on the hinge face that is raised off the build plate by 1/8" (~3 mm) for the door. Use no supports inside the hinge – the parts will print in place without them. Once printed, you can add some vaseline or other plastic-friendly grease into the exposed holes of the hinge to smooth out the motion. PETG recommended.
