There is a plastic (maybe nylon) bushing that wears out and gets sloppy on the swivel function of the front wheels on the Radio Flyer “Deluxe Family” plastic wagon. At least on mine, it made it difficult to turn the wagon especially when there is a child in the front seat (over the front wheels). I made a printable replacement of that bushing which helped to snug up everything (but not too snug so the wheels couldn't turn). See pictures for disassembly/reassembly basic steps. There are quantity 2 per wheel (4 total if you're replacing both wheels). I used PETG and so far it's been holding up well, but a nylon or nylon equivalent would probably be a better choice. I wouldn't recommend a PLA, but maybe I'm wrong!
