A slightly remixed version of 4D_Printer's great design, modified in a few ways to increase aesthetics and grippability. Depending on the tolerances of your printer this can be a snug fit, so the added spot for a flathead screwdriver can help you lever it out if needed. Probably want to print with a brim on this one, with layer heights of 0.2mm or smaller.
