The situation is the following: I purchased an Xtool S1 laser but I saw that air extraction is necessary, I know that the brand sells (not in Spain) an extractor but people usually buy the AC Infinity S4 / S6 but it was too expensive, for what I bought on Amazon the following model Brogachy 150MM Air Extractor with PWM Controller, 684 m³/h The problem is that the laser air outlet is 70/75 mm (3") and the extractor inlet is 150 mm, so we have to design something since all models are usually 75mm to 100mm and 100mm to 150mm. I was thinking about whether to design it for the laser output (having to use an extra 150mm hose) or the extractor inlet, so to take advantage of the hose that comes with the laser I decided to make it an “amplifier” for the extractor. I was also thinking about this for quite some time, based on the nozzles/motors of airplanes or even the vacuum cleaner itself to try to see which was better, a 75mm or 150mm tube. Although it fits quite well, I recommend using a clamp and putting insulating tape (metal or whatever you have on hand) in both places to prevent smoke from escaping or the adapter from coming off the tube or hose. I have added a lip to the hose to try to make it sit tighter. It's a shame there aren't more mods for this laser but hey, time to time. Printed on Prusament PLA Prusa Galaxy Black
