YubiKey 5C NFC Case/Keychain (USB C only)I needed something to protect my YubiKey from random bumps and scratches in my pocket. Printing in different colors to differentiate them. It is intended to use case cap as main holder of the key to prevent wear, the bottom part slides off and on. Print settings and instructionsUse PETG or ABS, added flexibility is needed for spring latch to properly work. Use included 3mf file with everything set up (PrusaSlicer) or use provided gcode (tested on Prusa MK3/S+). Print each STL file one time. Lay them down on flat side. Keychain hole needs supports (YubiKey 5 NFC case - cap bottom.stl). Use 0.2mm layer height, 15% infill, don’t use brim. You may enable ironing on top surfaces, for the key to easily slide. AssemblyAll parts press fit together, glue shouldn’t be necessary.
