Door hinge made for Motedis 3030 B-Type aluminium extrusions. (or other frames that are 30mm wide) I wanted hinges that would attach the door flush against the frame. The only ones I had on hand or could source locally left a gap of a few mm so I made these as a temporary solution. I've been using them for a while now and so far no signs of wear and tear so I might just stick with them. Just to put it in perspective the door is 680mm high and 600mm wide and carries a 5mm acrylic sheet window. Not sure about the weight but it does weigh a bit. Specs: Width: 60mm Length: 75mm Height: 8.5mm Uses four 6mm screws and a 75x8mm dowel pin.
