The Power Button of my wife's Lenovo Thinkpad T570 was broken and get's stuck in the case. So i decided to make a replacement. I printed the button from Nylon. To Repair the Button you have to do following steps. Remove the batteryUnscrew all screws on the backUnplug any USB Stick's from notebookPry the housing open with a guitar pick or opening toolRemove the two screws from the hinge where the power button is locatedUnplug the flex cable from the motherboardUnscrew the power button PCB and remove itRemove the broken button with some sidecutters and a flathead screwdriverInstall replacement (the holes are a pressfit so you have nothing to glue)Follow Steps 1 - 7 in reverse direction to assemble the notebook again
