I've printed a couple off and made a few adjustments.. Gluing RC Buggy tires can be a bit messy at times. Especially if you're a newbie like me ha! I saw a few "Tire Gluing Jigs" from various RC companies that help to press the tire down around the rim to give you space to glue them. They were rather expensive for what they are so I thought I'd make one up myself. Saves losing all your finger prints and not being able to unlock your phone! With that in mind I started designing a jig that is easy to use and will accommodate the different tire widths. A simple screw thread and the right size hole and we have a start! The first one had a few flaws. Adjusted it slightly and here we have the finished product! It just gives the locating pin better strength. Category: R/C Vehicles
