A custom enclosure around your electronics

A place for every connection

Start with the board and the way someone will use it. We can explore an enclosure that makes room for the electronics, the connectors and the hands assembling it.

Design illustration. Your part is developed around your own brief.

Map the inside before styling the outside

Send the board outline, mounting-hole positions and the tallest components. Include connected plugs rather than only the empty sockets, as the space needed by a cable can extend beyond the board. Mark buttons, displays and indicators that need to stay accessible.

We can use that layout to explore the case shape and split line. Tell us whether it sits on a desk, mounts to something or needs to be opened regularly; the same electronics can need a different case in each situation.

Prototype assembly and access

A first print can check the board supports, connector cut-outs and how the lid is fitted. Keep the acceptance check practical: can the assembly be installed without forcing it, can the plugs be inserted, and can it be serviced again?

If the enclosure needs weather sealing, a particular thermal result or an electrical compliance rating, state that at the start. Openings or a visually closed case do not establish those properties. They need a separate design and verification scope.

Questions about electronics enclosures

Can you include a logo or labelled openings?

We can discuss embossed details, recessed lettering and the space needed for them. Send the artwork and the size you want before the enclosure layout is finalised.

Will the printed enclosure be waterproof?

That is not implied by a standard enclosure print. Tell us the required conditions and rating so the sealing approach and any testing can be considered explicitly.
