I made these clamps to go on the roll cage to hold my top light bar and my rear lights. The roll cage is 1.75" in diameter, and I made these to fit exactly that. They're tight, but they're not that bad to get on. I just used a drill bit to lever them tight and fit the bolt in.
I used ¼"-20x.75 for the side mounts, and the top mount is a 5/16". There's also a “template” piece that you can run an 1/8" drill through to get a guide hole if you can't see what you're drilling into from the top (like I could through the roof of the RZR).
I am using these for my rear lights, too, that model isn't quite done. I was making some teeth for keeping things from spinning around the single bolt, but I decided to try the “fuzzy skin” idea in Prusa Slicer to give some friction between the block and the light mount. We'll see how it goes. You'd just do the fuzzy skin on the top where the 5/16" bolt goes through.
