Build Tray XL

This is an extra-large remix of the original Build Tray, redesigned as a deep, single-piece storage bin for larger parts, tools and workshop components.

The original modular tray concept has been enlarged to approximately 200 × 200 × 107 mm, making it suitable for bigger maintenance jobs where standard parts trays are too small.

Integrated carry handles have been added to both sides, along with rounded corners, a smooth upper rim and custom Polymorphic branding on the front.

Print recommendations

Print upright with the base flat on the build plate.

Suggested starting settings:

• Layer height: 0.20–0.28 mm

• Walls: 3 or more

• Infill: 10–15%

• Supports: Usually not required

• Material: PLA, PETG, ABS or ASA

• Brim: Optional, depending on material and bed adhesion

Check the handle openings and overall dimensions in the slicer before printing.

The model uses nearly the full area of a 200 × 200 mm build plate, so confirm that your printer has enough usable space for the model, skirt or brim.
