This is a tool, that helps you sharpen a chisle with a very consistant angle. The angle can be chosen, by how far forward you put the chisle in the tool.
All print files can be printed with PLA, but I advise you to print the “wheels” with a flexible filament, I used TPU A95. This makes the grinding/sharpening movement on the grinding stone feel smoother (I experience this as much more pleasant if I have to use the tool for a longer time).
What you need:
-PLA filament -flexible Filament (optional) -one very long m4 screw and one m4 nut -2 skateboard bearings, also known as “608 bearing” (should be available in every skateboard shop)

It is best to not use the bearings for anything else after you used them for sharpening a chisle. It is very likely that during the grinding process some metal particles get into the bearings.

By default this is printed in High-Detail Resin (8K) at 0.025 mm layer height on an MSLA resin printer. Custom material and colour swaps are available, just leave a note at checkout.
