I designed it for My Co-worker due to condensation in His kitchen extractor during winter.
The outer diameter of the connector pieces are 150mm, but STEP and F360 files included for easier adjustments/modifications.
Printed from PETG for some heat resistanse during summer (located in the attic). You may use some supports for the drain pipe but nowhere else, because the overhangs are designed to be printed without supports.
