More information
A simple structure to add some extra shelves in an IKEA Baggebo. Very simple to print: no need for supports or tools for assembly. You need to print:
• at least one shelf plate • 2 left hooks • 2 right hooks
The hooks shall be inserted in the bottom face of the baggebo shelf, two on each side. Then, you can simply put the shelf plate on them. No need for screws or tape, it will remain stable.
As a large object, it consumes some filament, roughly 200/250g depending on your settings. I would avoid PLA, especially if you plan on putting heavy objects, as it has to sustain the deformation. PETG works perfectly. Due to its size, this cannot be printed with small printers such as Bambu/Prusa minis, but it will fit the beds of Prusa Mk3 or Bambu P series.
Should you want to modify the model, feel free to use the provided step files, or to duplicate my Onshape documents for the plate and the hooks. If you do, please drop a comment or a like so I get your feedback :)
