Usage

Simply clip the clip into your filament one loop before the end, and then thread the end through the hole, pulling it all tight. It will keep it nice and secure and prevents your filament from tangling.

Background

I liked the filament clip design by intofocus however had some issues with it so decided to remake it from scratch.

This one is longer and the holes are a bit bit wider apart for easier handling. It also includes filets at both ends to prevent issues in the hole diameter for people who print with a slight elephant foot and thus would need to scale up the model a bit (but with the result that only one end grabs, the rest sits loose.

Notes

If your filament does not fit the hole you are probably over extruding. Try reducing the flow rate / extrusion multiplier a bit.
