Hinged Travel Tic-Tac-Toe Game

This is a compact hinged tic-tac-toe game designed to keep everything together in one portable package.

The lid folds completely open and lays flat beside the game board while you play, then closes over the board when you're finished. The X and O pieces fit directly into the 3×3 grid, making it easy to store, carry, and bring along without needing a separate container.

It works especially well as a classroom game, desk toy, travel game, or simple gift for kids. The larger pieces are easy to pick up and the bright multicolor design makes it a fun project for a multi-material printer or for printing each component separately.

Printing

PLA is a great choice for this model and makes it easy to create bright, classroom-friendly color combinations.

Suggested starting settings:

• Layer height: 0.20 mm

• Walls: 3

• Infill: 15–20%

• Material: PLA or PETG

• Supports: Use only where required by your slicer and orientation

• Nozzle: 0.4 mm

For the cleanest result, print the game pieces in contrasting colors so the Xs and Os are easy to distinguish.
