This is a replacement part for a kitchen sink.
It should fit a 42mm plug and fits into a 50mm hole.
Also included is a 12mm bolt with a 1.5mm thread I needed to make to fit this.
I have included a picture of a white one I made in ABS, I'm not sure if this is the best material, so I made a black PLA version just in case.
