🛠 Printing & Assembly Notes

Filaments:

• 2 PLA colors for board (e.g., light and dark brown) • 1 PETG color for hinges and tower pins (e.g., black)

Additional Parts Needed:

• 84x 6×2mm magnets (board only – chessmen not included) • CA glue (for optional magnet reinforcement)

Print Time & Material:

• Approx. 35 hours on a Prusa MK4 w/ Input Shaping • Approx. 1,180g total filament (excluding chessmen)

Important Sizing Note: This is not a regulation-size board or piece set. The included piece design is scaled to fit inside the tower, which limits traditional sizing ratios. If you choose to use your own chessmen, you may need to adapt magnet holes accordingly.
