Because I like the Scooby Doo bus so much, I had to create it myself once. However, I gave him a little facelift. ^^
Besides the four different sizes, the Mystery Machine comes in two versions (see photos). Once an open version with interior and once as a closed form with window panes. The tires are also available in two versions, the off-road version with tread and the version without tread (slicks).
The wheels are attached quite simply with four M3 screws by screwing the screws directly into the material (without nut or thread). This is no problem with PETG. How it works with PLA, I can not estimate, because the material is harder and more brittle. Let me know if there are problems there or if it even works great. I sized the screw hole with a diameter of 2,85 mm and with me the M3 screws fit perfectly.
The length of the screws depends on the size of the model.
Model-Size = Screw-Size: S = M3 x 8-10 mm M = M3 x 8-16 mm L = M3 x 10-20 mm XL = M3 x 12-25 mm
Because the screws are turned directly into the material, I would print better with 3 contours, although two will probably do. Otherwise, there are really no special features in the printer settings.
To reduce the stringing on PETG, increase the retract and/or reduce the temperature slightly.
Here are my printer settings with PETG (Prusa Mini + Bondtech upgrade):
Nozzle: 0.4 mm Layer height: 0.2 mm Contours: 3x Infill: 8% Print temp.: 220° C
No Support!
In case you want to change or improve the model, I add the Blend-file.
Have fun printing and playing!

Modelgröße = Schraubengröße: S = M3 x 8-10 mm M = M3 x 8-16 mm L = M3 x 10-20 mm XL = M3 x 12-25 mm
