More information
Before making this clip, please check out my new revised clip, the “Bambu Forever Clip” is a much better and permanent solution to securely hold your filament in place and it stays on your spool even in the AMS

I think using a .2mm nozzle would be ideal if you have one, due to the thin walls around the filament hole, but I did have success with a .4mm nozzle
A Version 2 has been added, thinner body and slightly reduced the size of the pins for easier insertion, increasing the distance of the hole to prevent interference with the spool side and a chamfer around the hole to guide in the filament easier. Please use the V2 files, once I verify they are an improvement, I will delete the original files.
I was getting tired of filament clips that clip onto the spool ring and slip on the spool and don't hold the filament snugly causing the filament to sometimes unclip and unwind itself. Also the clips that you have to place under another strand to hold down are tedious, and have actually snapped some filament due to the side pressure it puts on it. So I decided to utilize the two hole pattern around the spools of Bambu and Overture rolls to protrude through and slide the filament through, and it holds it firmly enough to not let the filament slip, and also due to the two hole design, it doesn't slip around the rim of the spool either, thus the “No Slip Clip”
This design should fit 1.75mm filament, but if it is too small, you can run a .078" (or 2mm) drill through the holes to allow a smoother fitment. I only have Bambu and Overture spools currently so that is why these are the only 2 designs I have, as I acquire different brands I will design similar clips if the spools allow. If you have other spools and like this concept of a filament clip feel free to remix this to accommodate your spools.
I used PETG for these, but TPU might work even better as the pins seems to be a little fragile
