This 3D-printable Waistband Threader makes feeding cords fast and effortless. It acts as a smooth, flexible guide to pull your string entirely through the waistband tunnel without snagging.

Key Features:

• Smooth Tapered Tip: The front edge is smoothly rounded to glide effortlessly through the internal seams of pajama waistbands without getting stuck.

• Friction-Lock Eye: Instead of tying a massive knot that might jam in the fabric, simply weave your waistband string through the integrated rear loop. The friction holds it tightly in place while you pull.

• Flat & Flexible: Designed with a slim profile so it bends easily around the curved waistlines of pajamas and sweatpants.

How to use

• Pass your waistband string through the rear hole and loop it securely.

• Insert the pointed tip into the garment's waistband channel.

• Push the threader forward, scrunching the fabric over it, and pull it from the other side until the string comes out the opposite end.

Crucial Print Settings: To make the tool flexible so it bends without snapping, follow these specific settings:

• Material: PLA, PETG, or ABS/ASA.

• Infill Pattern: Concentric (This is the secret! Concentric infill draws long lines down the length of the tool instead of zig-zags across it, making it much stronger when bent).

• Infill Percentage: 100%

• Layer Height: 0.20mm

• Supports: None required! Prints perfectly flat on the build plate.

• Brim: Not needed.
