This model is an improvement to another design of mine.

Features

4-Way Latching Mechanism

• 4-way selection knob to set 1) Both ways open, 2) Both ways closed 3) Exit only, and 4) Enter only. • Removable latch cover to easily clean out the latching mechanism.

Magnetic Door Return

Magnets inside the frame/door to fully close the door and prevent gusts of wind from blowing the door open.

Water resistant

Designed to keep water out and channel water that enters the latch mechanism back outside.

Adaptable

• A parametric Fusion 360 files allows you to easily customize the exact size and thickness • An insert may be printed to fit this door to ¼" thick board. This same insert can be traced onto your wall for cutting the opening for the door.
