More information

Simple clamping system to hold a mitered picture frame together during glue-up.

In addition to the printing the corners and the knobs, you'll need some 4 lengths of #10 threaded rod plus 8 hex nuts and 4 washers.

Fusion design is included; feel free to remix for different diameter rod.

Assembly instructions

• Cut your threaded rod into 4 sections, if needed.

• Use thread lock or glue to fix a hex nut to the end of each section

• Push a rod through the hex-shaped hole in each corner, so that the fixed hex nut captures the rod within the corner clamp.

• push the other end of each rod through the remaining hole to form a square

• add a washer, a knob, and a hex nut to the end of each rod.

• slid the washer and knob down to the corner clamp, and spin the nut down to meet them.

• pull the knob up to capture the nut, then spin the knob and nut tight into the corner clamp to seat the hex nut fully into the knob with a tight friction fit.
