EDIT: I added 2 additional models plus a quick f3d file i remade and notated for anyone interested to see how I created it from the original Prusa file.

The only modification to the Prusa part was a tiny indent made in the center to use as a rotation point. I then made a drawing that traced the inner ring to use to cut out the center of any new body I copied from the original. This prevented the new body from overlapping the inner ring parts while rotating.

Then it is simply a matter of copying a new knob (or 10), using the tiny indent as an axis point to rotate the body into position, then chopping the center out using the ring outline.

Finally, toggle the visibility ON for the original button, and any additional button you want to add to your model.....and export to STL. This will create a part 10x normal size......so be aware of scaling in your slicer. 10% or .1 will be the correct scale.
