Remixed for Atomstack users who want to glue 3mm wood boxes. (works also for other laser cutters/engravers but you made the wrong choice :-) )

For assembling 3mm thick boxes I was looking for a small 90deg corner clamp. I found this original, not overengineered clamp the best option. Thanks, VortyZA. To make the model useable with 3mm wood following things have been changed. The base is scaled down to 51.6% (reason: the bolts were a little too tight - Yes I could scale down the bolts…but they were already printed). The bolts are scaled down to 50% The push-blocks are scaled down to 50% but added more layers (one is an extra 3mm and the other an extra 4mm (ish) to allow the push-block to clamp 3mm of wood). Up to you which one you choose. also added more clearance to the blocks because scaling down made the block grind too much in the base. (that you have with mini versions).

Size: space required by the clamps inside a box approx. 23mm. (so you can glue boxes with an inner length of 50mm and put clamps on both sides)

Because the bolts are now 50% smaller…this could give some of us a hard time tightening. So I designed the clamp buddie that fits over the bolts to make it a little easier tightening things up. Note: If you print the bolts with a brim then there is a possibility that the buddie seems to small. Therefore I suggest moving the bolts a few times in and out the buddie to get rid of leftover brim material.

Printed in left-overs and samples of PLA (finally, I have some empty spools now) Layer height 0.20 Infill 25% supports: not needed
