The picture frame clamp sold by Rockler and Amazon it a great tool but the plastic jaws can be broken and no spares are available. I modeled this in 3dbuilder, sliced with Creality Print and printed on a Creality K1 in PETG. I used default values (15% fill). I considered using PCCF or Nylon but don't think its necessary. Supports are needed as indicated in green in the drawing. Two versions are offered .. the first has a 1/8" relief at the corner of each jaw for squeeze-out, the second has a ¼" relief hole. Orange parts are the originals, Black are the re-creations.
