Spring door blocker 100% printable.
No support needed except for the Gear Racks.
The spring, the stopper and the screws are made in PETG, the rest in PLA. Layer high 0.25mm.
Pressing the lever 1, the pin drops, blocking the door. Making this, the spring under the gear get loaded.
By pressing lever 2, the gear start turning thanks to the spring, making the pin rise und freeing the door.
The two hole are fore fix the system on the door.
All the pieces must rotate freely around the screw, maybe is necessary some adjustment whit sandpaper.
You can use a gummy head hammer to assembly the base with the rail.
The gear racks must also move freely inside the rail.
