A tool for mobilizing brake cylinders on a SRAM Guide brake.
Remove the brake pads and push the brake cylinders back in using a plastic tire lever. Insert the MobilBlock and secure it with the brake pad locking screw. Press the brake lever all the way down several times until the cylinders rest against the MobilBlock, taking care not to over-pressure the brake. Remove the MobilBlock and clean the cylinder surface, then reinsert the MobilBlock. Push the piston wedge in from above to push the cylinder to be mobilized back in. Repeat this process until the cylinder extends smoothly. Finally, push both cylinders back in using the piston wedge. Rotate the MobilBlock and clean the other side of both cylinders, checking for smooth operation. Clean the entire brake caliper, install clean brake pads, and secure them.
Recommended print setting:
At least 4 outer perimeters and 4 solid layers at the top and bottom.
At least 60% inflation, up to 100% inflation.

Ein Werkzeug zum mobilisieren von Bremszylindern bei einer Sram Guide Bremse.
Bremsbeläge entnehmen und die Bremszylinder mit einem Kunststoff Reifenheber zurückdrücken. Den MobilBlock einsetzen und mit der Bremsbelag sicherungsschraube sichern. Bremshebel mehrmals ganz durchdrücken bis die Zylinder am MobiBlock anliegen, nicht Zuviel druck anwenden. MobilBlock wieder entfernen und die Zylinderoberfläche reinigen, danach den MobilBlock wider einfügen. Mit dem PistonWedge von oben einschieben um den zu mobilisierenden Zylinder wieder zurückdrücken. Den Vorgang so oft wiederholen bis der Zylinder butterweich ausfährt. Zum Schluss beide Zylinder mit dem PistonWege zurückdrücken. Den MobilBlock drehen und die andere Seite die beiden Zylinder reinigen und auf Leichtgängigkeit prüfen. Den ganzen Bremssattel reinigen und saubere Bremsbeläge einsetzen und sichern.
Druckeinstellung Empfehlung:
Mindestens 4 Außenperimeter und massive Schichten oben und unten.
Mindestens 60% Füllung, bis zu 100%.
