SunShine's Cat Treat Toy - Easier Print

This is a modification of Sunshine's Cat Treat Dispenser. Look at his page for more info on the original model.

I had some issues printing the overhangs where the sliding part would weld to the surface above it. That's partly because of insufficient cooling, but also because the vertical gap is only 0.4 mm. Here are my modifications:

• Increased the gap to 1.4 mm for better clearance • Increased thickness of the surface above to 1.1 mm for better surface finish • Flattened top and bottom of handle for better clearance

The mechanism tends to jam rather frequently, but clears itself when shaken a little. If your kitty keeps pulling, it should eventually get a treat.

Printing Notes:

• The model can now be printed with 0.3 mm layer height and 0.6 mm nozzle, but anything smaller than that should also work. • I printed it at 125 % size to fit the treats I am using. • To free the mechanism, you might have to wiggle the spring around with a screwdriver and cut the spots where the handle touches the body. • I recommend adding supports to these surfaces:
