Superhero Toy Handcuffs w. Key

Toy handcuffs with key and keyless operation. The parts can be printed in different colors to match your favorite super hero. In the example photo, the lower half of the build plate was printed separately in a different colour. Sized to fit small wrists.

Required for assembly: Glue (e.g. super glue)

Suggested print settings

• 0.2mm layer height

• 3 perimeter walls

• 7 top and bottom walls

• 20% infill

• No supports

Assembly instructions

Make one handcuff at a time using one set of parts. On the build plate each handcuff set is located as shown below:

• Insert the locking mechanism and place the ratchet on the stud.

• Add glue to the blue surfaces and press the top part onto the glue. Repeat step 1 and 2 for both sets.

• Glue the blue surfaces and insert them into the rings. Remember to interconnect the links to each other and the handcuffs before gluing them all together.
