SV08 MAX Door Hinges & Handles

Custom print-in-place hinges and handles for the SV08 MAX enclosure doors. All parts, including hinges, come pre-oriented for optimal printing and tested strength. Each hinge can support over 10 kg, and with 3 hinges per door, they’re well over spec. The hinges open 230°+ for maximum accessibility and use strong magnetic closure for a secure fit. Recommended material: ABS or PETG for strength and heat resistance.

The hinges used are inspired from the great work of Adam L

BOM:

14 × Magnets 6×3 N52

36 × Heat set inserts

36 × M3 × 5 SHCS

24 × M3 × 5 Flange head

Install

To install the Hinges you have to screw in the frame in the original hinge location the Hinge Insert. In each hinge insert you have to install 2 heat set inserts

Install the hinge insertsecure the hinge in to the insert secure the door on to the hinge

NOTE The the parts that has X3 at the end it means that you have to print it 3 times. The handles and the inserts they are 3 for each side!

Handle

Each handle has 3 magnets to grab on to the other handle to secure the doors so they will not shake. they are big!

Door stop

Each door has a stop with a magnet on the upper side and also on the lower side!

Insert the hetset inserts in to the plastic part and also the magnets Polarity matters!

Secure the Stopper in to the frame and the

Inside view Upper part of the stopper

Install the magnets in to the upper stopper and secure it in to the frame

then insert the magnets

also insert the magnets and the heat set inserts on to the front part of the door and using the recommended hardware secure them to the door.
