Webbing/Strap Clip Accessory for Thermacell MR300/450

While the original clip is designed to be quick-access and multi-purpose, this variant was made to fit more securely onto the straps of most backpacks. The integrated hook and slight ramp makes it a lot harder to accidentally bump off, but also adds an extra step to accessing the device. I've tried it out on a few small trips this summer and it has done its job well! Maximum strap width is 50mm, or 2 inches, but works well with narrower straps. The clip is incidentally also narrow enough to fit most MOLLE strap systems.

Like the original it’s designed to fit the Thermacell MR 300 and 450 mosquito repellent. Decided to make this its own model to lessen clutter and potential confusion, realised afterwards that there was a suited contest

Printing

Print using PETG or ABS for flexibility, layer adhesion and temperature resistance. Use a 0.2 mm layer height and enough perimeters to print it mostly solid. Align the long sides facing the build plate. The versions featuring built-in support doesn't need to be supported any further. If having insufficient bed adhesion, adding a brim should solve the issue.
