A replacement sink strainer we got for our kitchen sink had an edge that was just too tall to be effective at letting the debris and detritus from the sink to flow into it, instead leading to a lot of that debris getting underneath the strainer, and straight into the drain, completely obviating the strainer's purpose.

So, I decided to design a flange adapter that would provide an interface to the sink that was flush, with a gradual slope up to the strainer.

The design is done in OpenSCAD with some variables adjustable in the customizer, with defaults for my strainer. defaults: 112mm strainer outer diameter, 1.4mm strainer height.

I have also provided .3mf and .stl files that use the default parameters I have specified above.

The 3mf file is one produced by Bambu Studio, customized for the P1P, but should be importable by most any slicer - and if that doesn't work for you I have also provided a .stl, or you can open it in OpenSCAD and export it to the file format of your liking.

To attach to the strainer, use a bead of cyanoacrylate (super) glue along the recessed lip of the flange, drop the strainer in, and use some clothes pins to clamp it. I let mine sit overnight to cure, but it's probably fully cured within an hour or two.

I recommend that you use a high temp filament such as ASA or ABS to print this, as PLA will warp badly if someone pours boiling water into the sink (I learned this the hard way with the grey make that you see in my photos. I had not thought about people pouring boiling water into the sink. My daughter reminded me that can happen.)
