Will fit most Arris Surfboard Models (8200, 6141, etc). Complete re-design to fit the SB8200, re-measured, redesigned, and printed at least 10 different versions to ensure a nice fit on my own SB8200. Hopefully this fits better than others you've tried!
Print at .3 or .2mm - I printed gyroid 15% infill and it's plenty strong - might want to make sure the “nubs” are 100% filled in for the best strength.
Note: the picture of the printed model had the slicer set to only 2 top layers, you may want to print w/ the more typical top 6 layers (or whatever your slicer defaults to) I happened to pick a lower # of top layers to help speed up the printing and prototyping process.
