Simple Arrow Fletching Jig for putting on 3, 4, or 5 plastic arrow vanes on a modern carbon arrow. This is straight on alignment, and does not apply a left or right helical.
See different models for correct arrow size, should fit Standard Size (7.8mm) OD shaft as well as modern performance models of 5.5mm (OD) and 5.0mm (OD).
The holder for 4 Fletching is cubed, the fletching for 3 is a hexagon, but only use the sides marked with "3". For 5 fletching, use all sides of the hex holder (marked 3 and blank)
• Remove nock from arrow before use.
• Put nock end into correct holder. It's press fit, so make sure its securely seated and do not manipulate until done with all fletching. Lift by arrow, not holder and turn for alignment.
• Put the arrows long end into jig first, then pivot/lower the nock side with holder onto jig for best results. Ensure holder is flush with front of jig before fully seating onto vane.
**** BE CAREFUL WITH THE NOCK ADHESIVE ****
PLA, PETG, ETC ALL LOVE SUPERGLUE, SO IF YOU OVER APPLY FLETCHING ADHESIVE YOU CAN RUN INTO ISSUES. SPRAYING RELEASE AGENT ON THE JIG CAN HELP.
