If you want to use glue to attach the mount to the wall, print the appropriate model and use a construction type glue (like Pattex no more nails/Pattex kleben statt bohren), or some bathroom silicon. If you are gluing it to tiles, clean the spot with some acetone or isopropyl alcohol. Put a dab of glue, about hazelnut size, in the centre of the mounting plate and press it firmly on the tile. It is light enough to be held in place just by the viscosity of the glue. Allow the glue to cure completely (for about 24h) before applying load to it.
If you want to attach it to the wall with a screw, print the screw-mount version and affix it to the wall with a 6mm wall plug and a 4mm wood screw.
