This is a comprehensive set of "High Density" storage trays designed to organize your 18650 lithium-ion cells. Whether you have a handful of batteries for flashlights or dozens salvaged from old laptops, this set has a tray size for you.

The Design: Unlike my battery pack welding spacers, these trays feature a solid bottom and optimized thin walls. This minimizes the footprint on your desk or in your drawer and significantly reduces print time and filament usage. All trays share a consistent 5-cell width, allowing them to stack neatly side-by-side.

Important Note: These are strictly for storage. The spacing is too tight for spot welding, and the geometry is not designed for building structural battery packs.

Printing Instructions:

• Material: PLA is perfect (no heat resistance needed for storage).

• Supports: None required.

• Infill: 10-15% is enough.
